With a CB, that is not a bad price.  Does it have a CB for sure?  I have had several tell me they have a CB, just never used it.  However, they do not.  They see the CB on the control switch on the handlebar, and just assume the CB is there.

He didn't know he had one, but told me it had 2 anntenna,  I told him it was mounted under the trunk, the posting he sent me says it does, so I guess he has one.  I will see him again at the next old biker lunch, and see if I can look at it.  Hoser

Well, should have the CB then.  That would make it a good buy for anyone here looking for an IS.

More info and pics on the kansas IS
It is well equiped, has set inside for a year, runs poorly at idle , runs well above 3000 rpm, says clogged slow jets to me. Bag guards, CB, half worn tires, trailer hitch etc, owner says it was dealer serviced.  Hoser

Also chrome side covers, $400
front fork lowers  $200
CB   $600
bag guards $700+

I would offer cash for a little less.  You might be able to get the slows cleaned by techron, maybe not.  Easy enough to replace the slows if not.  Just a few $'s.

That is a GOOD price, equipped the way it is.
If you are in the market, this is a good buy.  hoser has looked at it, so we know it is not junk.
