Does anyone have the installation instructions for the Hondaline front fender rail.  I bought a used one a think that there is a washer of some sort missing for the front of the rail.  When the allen head bolts is screwed all the way into the stud on the front of the rail, there is a 1/8" gap.  The fender is not thick enough to take up the slack, leaving the rail loose on the front of the fender.
I would like to know what was originally used so I can find something similar.
I would early love to get a copy (photocopy) of the instructions.
Thanks for any and all help.

the original mounting has no washer between the stud and the fender.  Your's is probably just tweeked.

You can buy star or base washers, but they may not sit flat on the fender even when snugged down.
