I havent clue either ... i found this pic, dont know the owner or i would ask him/her ... I was hoping some1 might hav the same thing or hav seen it b4 on a Valk weird looking almost like a round horn cover maybe or just there for decoration, really just guessing though.

That is a horn cover. I had the same one on my VTX. It's just a press fit, take it off and see what's behind it, we're all real curious  |

I wouldn't mess with it, take it to Homeland Security Field Office and have them investigate what and why it is there, could have been planted on there with evil intentions. Don't even look at it or say anything while by it as it could be taking all that in and being recorded. Wow....that's scary looking......be careful till ya get over to Homeland Security office
