Hi,

We made it home @ 3:00 p.m. Everything went well. Didn't even get lost!

Me and the misses were saying how we could not have meet a nicer group of people. We enjoyed it. The weather could have been a tad warmer, but can't control that. Enjoyed talking face to face with a bunch of people. All in all a good event. Thanks again Taz for the voa stuff.

I got in about an hour ago. We had fantastic weather yesterday and I enjoyed sharing miles with all of you. It was good to finally meet some of you and to see everyone else again.

The ride back was fun as well with our route up "C," to Wildcat Mountain State Park, and then home. We had very little rain, but I'm guessing you folks that headed south didn't fare quite as well as us.

I also managed to get 40 mpg on the ride yesterday! I had 240.3 miles when I switched to reserve.

I agree...we had a really great group this year, lots of new faces which is always alot of fun.  I believe everyone really enjoyed the riding there as those roads are pure fun and excitement.  I got home around 2:45 in the rain as our group encountered rain on and off again on the way home.  JetDriver followed me into Chicago and then I sent him down to Indiana on the Interstate to hook up with I-80 to Ohio.  Hope everyone got home or to their next destination like Stevens Point, Arkansas, North Dakota, Kansas and alike.   Thanks Clint for coming over too, it was great to see you and doing so well, glad to see it buddy!

Tell your friends for next year how much fun ya had and bring them along...whatever bike they ride they are always welcome.

i really thought this was a bad idea to stop here for lunch!!  the food was a bit "gritty", and their bathrooms out back were terrible!!

here's Wisconsin's version of the "Smokie Mountains" that NITRO and i saw from Wildcat Mountain

I'm excited for next years ride to keystone, the wife's planning on coming along!!  it's going to be much better sharing a room with her then with the "guy" i had to share the last one with!!

i think at one time we had 26 bikes in our group, about 20 valks i believe.

The Mrs. and I really enjoyed ourselves, and it was good to put faces with board names. I will be better prepared for The Angus next year. Until I saw it with my own eyes, I had no idea that the Valk could corner like that at those speeds. You all can ride the h&%l out of those things!!

I made it home about 3:30, so about 7 hours, misty rain from Dodgeville to south of Madison then it just rained to the south side of Chicago. Dry after that.  Good to see you all, and missed seeing Parker. When I got back I had an email from Few, who thought about coming over but didn't, would have been nice to see him again, its been too many years.  Mike thanks for saving me the trip out to Wally World on Saturday morning.

You should have seen of the handling down in North Carolina, this was relatively slow to what I witnessed down there. It's amazing how well these bikes handle, the more I ride with these guys the more confident I get in my own ability and the performance of this machine.

THAT IS WHAT THE CHEESE CURDS I BRUNG WERE FOR!  Grin  Funny thing, my name is Mike and I feed the supply.

Totally agree the Wildcat Mountain state park area is a twisty and beautiful road to travel.
