I guess you guys know how I missed riding with you. I am ready to meet everyone at Keystone next year. I'll be ready by then as I'm going to fly to Denver to pick up my new to me bike. Can't wait to get that Lady on the road. I have a friend that may ride from E. TN to St. Louis so that he can ride back with me. He'd love the PDC especially since you all allow other bikes like his old Beemer. And he loves those twisties as he calls them. So glad everyone returned home safely. Fowl weather is foul but you can still do it safely. Seems all had a wonderful trip. I'm envious.

Great to see all the old, and the new, people! Got home about noon here on Monday. 2231 miles round trip!

Beat me by about a thousand miles, MP. Got home at six after 10 hrs in the saddle, 8 of those hours were really wet. Nearly bought the farm when a cage wanted to share my lane in Des Moines in the rain, the fatlady kept me safe though. Hoser

Got home this afternoon from PDC (21st) via Arkansas. We hit light rain on Sunday good rest of the time excluding heavy fog Tuesday morning.

Ended up being a wet ride for me. Taz, after you and I split up, the rain only got worse and worse. Got a hotel room just about as soon as I got into Indiana- I was beat! The rain kept moving though. It didn't care that I had stopped. What that meant, of course, was that I got to ride through it again on Monday. Some of the heaviest and most prolonged rain I've been in. Made it, though. And by next year, I will have forgotten the rain and only remember the great day we had on Saturday. 1700 miles total for me.

Hey Jeff, sorry it was a lousy ride home, but the operative word there is "home." I tried to hit a dry window by leaving early, but just ended up catching up to the crap. Then, I had the infamous "Leatherlyke cracked rear mount" on my left bag in Beloit. Did an excellent job of bungeeing the sucker on enough to get me home, now it's time to do the reinforcement mod. You're right, though, Saturday's ride made it all worth it!

I would've thought the rain washed clean all the dust buildup from that long gravel road we took after we left Boaz?

Made it back from PDC by way of Arkansas last night, what a trip! Nice seeing everyone last weekend, hope to make it back out to Keystone next year. Thanks Taz and Nitro for your time in putting PDC on, it is ALWAYS a good time in PDC! timmer PS - I'm missing a grey short sleeve t-shirt with Trainmaster embroidered on it under the VOIA emblem, last seen heading east towards Chi-town on a black Tourer
