I had a great time last weekend, went 1/4 mile standing start sprinting/dragging my Valk.

Most excellent, Now all you need is a GoodYear TTT 205-60R16 on the rear to get rid of that nasty wheel spin. Good blog!

Most excellent also! Are you running a trigger wheel and perhaps have shimmed the carbs? I have a '97 STD with these mods and have had it dynoed. I haven't had it on a drag strip, but I think it would do very well.

Thank you gents, it was great fun, if only for the expressions on the faces of the Sprinting fraternity  Smiley
She is standard as far as I am aware.
I did have the opportunity recently for a run on an empty-ish motorway with a slight long gradient, which enabled me to pull 6500 in top, between 140-145 mph on the clock.

I robbed a post office and bought another Valk.
Slightly different paint job from the red and white  shocked, much more comfortable stock seat, not as fast, but the noise..... Grin
