some of you know that i made a mobile stand for my cycle.  here's a video of it, and how it works.  it helps when you've got a small area and you want to be able to move things around, also, works great for doing maintenance or changing tires.

Nice Job, I really need to build one, two bikes and only one lift. Can you post a drawing or dimensions.

Thanks

There are some dimensions at the end of the video.

I've seen this stand many times and it is really impressive. Just the ease at which you can move the cycle around the garage is reason enough to make one.

they're not hard to make, well, that is if you have a welder and pipe cutter laying around!!  the casters are 4", 250# limit each so they'll handle the weight of the cycle fine.  as for dimensions, they're listed at the end of the video, the bracket i made for the cycle lift had to be fitted onto the stand, then i welded onto the stand.

A great piece of work.  If you're down my way I'll let you build me one.  No kidding, you could make it as a bolt together kit and sell it.  I'd buy one.  First I would have to buy the adapter that fits the jack.  I have the jack but do not use it to keep from bending pipes.  This winter when I'm laid up I'll have to buy the jack adapter.  You also did a good job with the video.

Talented to say the least.  Was impressed on the bit about stability.  Sure would have hated to see that old man fall off from that height.
