Thanks Valker. Its bolt on pretty tight. Wanted to unbolt and clean but found it impossible to put a wrench on it, so i used WD40 still a no go.
Could the ICU unit (dyna3000) be the source of the problem??  Thanks

It is possible.  Some dyna's have gone bad, and I believe not starting is one of the problems.  If you still have the original unit, put it on, and see if that solves the problem.

Found it. Tomorrow i'll have the time to test it out.  Question for those who know...does the interstate module run the equivalent of map #3  on the dyna ??     thanks

No luck %&$.  Changed the ecu unit back to stock but still wont start, did a plug check and i dont get spark on any lead. It will crank, it will start via push-start.... but no sparks when trying via start-botton. Anybody knows whats on the non cranking branch of the whire loom that should be check ??      Many thanks

Today, i replaced the starter-relay and fixed the partially melted plug.
Bike fired right-up.  Thank-you for all the help.
