The end of riding for 2011

Friday was my last ride of the year it was only about 30 miles. It was in the low 30's dry but frosty in the low spots. When I got home I changed the oil. Today it's raining and should turn to show. Now I just need to clean it up and park it for the winter. Or should I take the forks off and start polishing them?

Yes I have seen Fritz's ride we ride together all the time.
This fall I polished the forks on my I/S. I spent 5-6 hours sanding them and then used Fritz polishing wheels for the final polish. They turned out great. Now I want to polish the forks on the Tourer.
