Well, my riding buddy and I just finished a little 150 mile trip from E. TN over the mountains into NC and back.  Lots of winding roads and pretty scenery.  Stopped for lunch in Hot Springs, NC but it wasn't exactly hot.  Temp was in the low 40s when we started and where we were barely got to 50.  Some places still had snow on the ground.  Many of you have ridden in this area, it's between Ashville, NC and Maggie Valley but South toward Dollywood area.

This is my last ride for a while.  Monday they do surgery on my left shoulder (and I'm going to mark it so they don't make a mistake) injury from the Sept. 1 wreck.  I hope that lady's insurance company reminds her of that phone call every month with a premium increase.  I'll be in a sling for 4 to 6 weeks and won't be riding for about 3 to 4 months.  Hope to be back in shape for Spring time.

I'll still be checking the forum and am looking forward to Keystone.  Hope all stay safe and well.

Good luck Jackie! You need to be ready to go for Keystone in June! I like how both you and TAZ put off surgeries until after riding season... that's dedication!

Good luck!  Charlene sends her best.  She loved talking to you at MV, and is looking forward to Keystone this summer.
