This is a great coat, but I prefer the Gerbing jacket liner. It is size XXL Tall. It is the old style of this coat: http://gerbing.com/Products/Outerwear/extreme%20element%20jacket.php
I will sell for $200 or trade for a new OR used Gerbing Microwire liner in the same size range. No controllers are included in either trade. If trading, we pay our own postage for shipping. The coat is water 'resistant' (it hasn't rained here in so long, it has only been in heavy fog and drizzle). Coat has pockets on sleeves for glove hookups, and liner needs to have the same.
I hope this makes sense.

Valker, I have a vest, XXXL.  Looks like the ones on the Gerbing website, but it is not a microwire.  It has been worn about 3 times, like new.  I'll slip a $100 bill into the pocket if you want to trade.  No big deal either way.  I just don't use it here, since I got the jacket.  (It does rain here).

Regarding size, it fits me fine, as does my XXLT jacket.

Sounds very acceptable to me if you meant jacket liner rather than vest. I tried a vest for a long time, but my arms get too cold. Does it have the sleeves?

No sleeves.  It is a vest.  Same issue with me, arms got cold, which is why I ended up with a coat.
