Just got off the phone with the owner of the Motel, The Rushmore View Inn. He has set aside 20 rooms for the VOAI. June 16 to the 24th. I plan on being there starting on Friday, June 15th. The Reunion officially starts on Tuesday, June 19th. We will be exploring until then, come and join all who are there!
The rate will be $75 per night per room. Plus tax, as always.
I will be posting the owners cell phone to make the reservations, in a day or two. Since the motel closes over the winter, he has a service taking reservations now, but he does not want ours confused with regular reservations.
I will be asking one BIG favor. When you make a reservation PLEASE let me know. Either on the board, or PM me if you want it confidential. I want to keep track, so that if there is a problem at the motel, at least I will be able to argue on your behalf. Thank you very much. It also helps with our planning of routes, etc.
We are ready to go NOW!

That is a bad week for me. We can only have 2 guys off a week and it is full so I took the next week off so I may make there for the end we'll see

Sorry to hear about that, Jack. No matter what the date, it always conflicts with someone. If you can make it over, OSS, Valker, and maybe a couple others are headed up towards the NW of the country. I am hoping to ride along for a day. Maybe you could go part or all of the way with them too??

Look forward to be riding and being out there.....had great time except for dead Prairie Dog lasast year in shower.....this year willl be in some eles I know for sure......my door will be tripled locked Roger!

if my room does not have a refrigerator you better make sure yours is bolted to the floor TAZ...........
I am thinking of bringing one of those compressed air horns to make sure that you are ACTUALLY AOB when a ride is supposed to start
Not worried about MP, he is probably up before the sun anyways
