Im interested in having my 97 Tourer repainted.  Who are the best people? I'm willing to take it to them and leave it.   Dave

Ask around your local area. Ask 20 people. If 15 give you the same answer check them out. If the painter is so booked he can't get to it for six months he could be the right guy. If he charges you three times what you think its worth it just may be worth it. Good paint cost big bucks! BR

I think that BR has it about right; good painters cost big bucks.  But poll the people where you live, and then see what kind of work he does, if you can.  Kent
