Removing Baffels in cobra 6 into 6 ex pipes

Ive got a 98 Valkyrie with cobra ex 6 into 6 pipes , for more sound i removed the baffels today , wow now ive got sound , but will this cause any problems to anything other than my ears??? They can easly be put back in, Going to party at the loacal Harly store so was going to leave them out for that , but if they cause any engine problems down the road ill put them back in ?? Does any one know,,, Thanks Newbe in Tennessee
