They stayed  dry on my 2600 mile trip from KC to Florida a couple weeks ago.  Hit torrential rain twice... hard and heavy enuff down pour to make the semi-tractors pull to the side until it let up.
They are tuff as nails, look good, quick on and off, and lock with a key.  While I was in Mobile, AL for four days it rained every day!  Record rain fall of 16 plus inches for the month of June. Not a drop in my bags though!

I just finished converting my 98 Valk Tourer to a SuperTourer by adding an Interstate tank and trunk (and a few other goodies).
