Bike Line Insurance?

Hey Guys,

Just wondering here if anyone uses Bike Line Markel Insurance for their Bike Insurance and if you do what has been your experience with them.

I just changed to them and their accounting seems to be screwed up. It is in my favor so, I guess I should not complain. I did the four payment option. I paid them and the money was never taken out of my account.  I even called to tell them and they said the had me showing as paid up, when the money was never taken out of my account and the second payment they credited me for two paymens. Just makes me concerned if I have a claim, god forbid.  They just seem to be kind of screwed up. Had progressive before, but when I changed from the Honda Shadow 750 to the Valk they doubled my rate. I used them the first year and shopped around this time and Markel was much lower.

Any imput would be appreciated.

Never had to use them but been with them for over 2 years.
I carry the complete package which includes towing or pick up and a nights stay for $236. a year this will give me $14,000 - the $500. deductable if she gets totaled but guess the lady will get that as I don't expect to live.
