I bought a tank bib for my Tourer and Interstate back in '99, and I forgot
 where I ordered it from.  I *believe* they are Heritage tank bibs, but I am not sure.

They have a pocket, and they also have a cover for the fuel cap.

Can anyone help me?

Not sure on the heritage stuff, sorry. I use Jess Roy Leather from the Pacific NorthWest. Here is the website for some of his stuff, not sure if it is the motorcycle stuff or his holsters though.
