Has anyone put a set of the new Bridgestone tires on their Valkyrie? I have Dunlop on now and I get a bad howl when cornering. They seem to be wearing well but I hate the noise. If anyone has experience with the Bridgestones please give me an honest opinion on their abilitiy on the interstate. I'm looking for a radial that will give good performance and wear. As always thanks for any help.

Just go ahead and wear them out.  Dunlops do not get the best mileage, but they are the best handling.  My choice for the replacements are Avons.

Dunlops the best handling? You obviosly not tried many brands. For my money, get the Metzelers, the out handle anything wet, and dry. They don't wear, quite as long as the Avons, but better than most.
I tried the Bridgestones a couple of years ago, they handle right with the Metzlers wet, and maybe a bit better dry, but they wear pretty fast. I got about 10K on a rear one, and my Metz,s go 15K.

I switched from Dunlps to Metzler three years ago and have been very happy.  Much better handling, cornering and tire wear.  Maybe not as high mileageg as the Avons, but close and I like the way they handle on wet and dry pavement.  I've never tried the Avons, but might one day.  Either tire is going be a big step up from the Dunlps.  Not sure how the new Dunlops perform,  but hear they are better by a lot than old ones.

Ride safe.
