How's our boy doing?  Did he get his new apparatus?  Bet you're having to tie him down to keep up with him - that acorn sure as hell didn't fall far from the tree!!!  Cheesy

Hey, next time you see Scarlett, you should ask for her autograph - she was on the news all day today!  Seems some silly teenager (hmmmm, "silly teenager" - sounds like an oxymoron to me) stole a car, incurring a police race through an orange grove behind her house, and ended up running the car through her back fence.  She never heard the comotion, but was rudely awaken at 1:30 this morning by the local cops pounding on her door.  Thank God the reporters let her put on some clothes before filming her!!  hehehehehehehehehehehehe

Anyway, hope all is well with our favorite Texas boys.  Give all the Valkettes a big smooch for us!

we  noticed flashing lights from a squad car going out front.  Looked out the window and they wer totaly blocking traffic off of our street.  Looked down the block to the corner and noticed a bike laying in the road.  I walked down and sow that it was a Yamaha scooter, another one was parked by the curb and the rider of the one laying in the middle of the intersection was surounded by people and was layin in the gutter.  I then saw a cop walk past tolking to a young kid  and he said "so you have absolutely no insurance".
It seems the young kid ran the stop sign and creamed the kid on the scooter.  the ambulance left a short time later, but did not head towards the local hospital.  My guess is they took him up to the Valley to the trauma center.  Didn't see any helmets for the guys on the scooters, might have saved a nasty head injury.

And speaking of sleeping through it, a couple months ago we were awakened at 2 in the morning by a neighbor who told us someone had just committed a hit and run on our pickup and  then our telephone pole.
