It's been so long since I've seen most of the usual miscreants who make it to Helen (woops, excuse me, "ALPINE Helen"), that, since the cardiovascular surgeon won't let me ride my Valk, I'm just gonna drive the ole Ford Exploder up to socialize.  They won't let me ride until July, due tp my March 9 cardiac triple bypass, so I'll just have to chill until Montrose, which I do intend to ride to on two wheels.

It's too bad I will be caged, 'cause the scoot is lookin' and runnin' totally BADDDD, and them GA mountain roads are a hoot to ride, but the idea of disobeying the cutter and ending up with a newly re-separated sternum is not an attractive one.

But I'll see y'all there anywho!

I've been playing around with the idea of driving up to Helen myself since LD isn't bike-worthy yet.  Hopefully by the end of May we'll have him on his Interstate with the Voyager kit - but he won't be ready for a long ride yet.

Haven't decided for sure yet, but it would be nice to see all friends and just "get away" for a weekend.

What if I throw down the gauntlet and say no so-called Vixen has the soul of a Valkyrie sister if she fails to transport herself and the Lead Dog to the mountain top for the 6th Annual?

I'll be hanging around and doing Valkless things while the gang is out riding, so I promise to be good company for youse guys.  And there are many of us who have missed your smiling faces.  Remember, it was a few years ago that I wandered by a VOAI Rally in Ocala, met a bunch of the Daytona Gang and many from all over the state, including Large Richard, Bubba, BJ and lots of others and rushed to join, and you and LD were a major part of the impetus for that life-changing choice.

Y'all come!  We'll have a ball, and LD and I are both in need of some serious tahr-kickin'!

I have to second Grey's comment, nothing does me more good than going riding. That's why I do it every day.
I'm sure that there was a day that I didn't ride, (maybe a few months ago), but I can't remember when it was. I know that I missed about 4 days the first week of January, IT WAS ICY.

You talked me into it!  Haven't cleared it with LD yet, but Scarlett's on board with it and LD always does whatever we want!  (He's a well trained male).

Oh, and by the way, May 19th is Scarlett's BIRTHDAY so make sure everyone gives her spankings when she shows up!!!!!  You know these Vixens, they enjoy a good spanking.

seeing, Tommy, Valk or no Valk!  With LD, RH and Scarlett also Valkless, though, I'm sure there will be plenty of mischief to get into while you lucky ones are navigating the twisties

About those business cards, every time I give one out, somebody wants to give me some free dental work, all except one professional lady standing outside the Hot Pillow Motel on Nebraska Avenue in Tampa, and she wanted to steal my whole stash of them!
