The web site is pretty neat and I have heard good reports from folks over on the vrcc website about it.
I have it on my list of things to do on my next tire change but  havent tried it yet.  You still have to pull out the nails and such that are up to 1/8 inch and then ride and the product will seal the holes.  It is important to remove the offensive object for the product to seal the hole.
Cant vouch for the claim the tires will last longer but anything that helps balance is a good thing.
You should still carry a tire plugger and either the co2 or compressor IMHO
