As some of you already know there is another Valk Club out there called the VRCC. Well this year at our Annual Rally it looks like we are going to try something different. We have an event called the 1000 Valk March. The original concept was to set a worlds record for most Valks in an organized parade.
Well it looks like something a little different is going to be tried with the VRCC 1000 Valk March.
It's being tossed about to make it "The Joe Boyd Memorial 1000 Valk March" in honor of Joe who was the heart and soul behind the Valk before he was killed on the test track. With the lost of him was probably the biggest reason that Honda dropped the Valk as no one else had the love of it as he did. Trying to find family and also have them attend. Even though this probably won't change Honda's mind it would be great to show respect to the man that started it, and it would be great to get as many Valks as possible together.

Thanks Steve,

Always great hearing from you, I would love to have a run like that at Montrose to remember him.   We do things like that and hope to support and give thanks to our brave beloved who have supported and brought forward our beloved bike big time.  I am glad you mentioned it, we can have a ride for sure in his honor and collect  money for his family.  Please give me more info.

Thanks!   TAZ
