since early February, and it was SO SUWEEEET!

I found a website for the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, an organization my own chest-cracker (surgeon) proudly proclaims his membership in, and discovered that, by their standards, after three months have passed post-CABG (pronounced, "cabbage", meaning cardiac arterial bypass graft surgery, like Bill Clinton, Mr. Wizard and I have had), one can resume bowling, swimming, contact sports, chopping wood and RIDING A MOTORCYCLE!  Today was exactly 12 weeks since my CABG, so I raced home from work, checked the weather, swapped the monkey suit for jeans and boots, pumped up the Avons, and went for a ride!

It was truly wonderful.  God, I have missed her!

i have it on good authority that riding a motorcycle actually causes a phenonima called g.a.i.h.a.b. in medical terms it is deciphered as "god am i having a blast"

this phenomina causes your heart muscles to actually strengthen one percentage point for every hour you ride. it causes the muscles that make you smile to increase even more till i creates a situation known as s.e.g. in medical terms sh-t eating grin.

all this starts your metabloism to running so fast forward that it catches up with itself and begins to reverse the aging process. (some older women have actually reported that they have reversed to virginity.)

bottom line is that the more you ride the younger you get.

any one out there want to call me a liar Huh?Huh?Huh?Cheesy Cheesy

Amen!   Your now officially on the way back to recovery in big ways!  Go slow and get all your riding skills back as they do rust over the months and be safe.  You'll be in tip top shape before ya know it.

Great to hear!!
