but post new threads?  In my forum rules it says I have the ability to post new threads, post replies and edit posts.  I may not post attachments, which I verified I can't.  I also can't email a moderator or reply to an existing thread.  Is there a waiting period before I'm allowed to perform these functions??

waiting period. All I have to do is click on the post reply button then write in the box. Probably Taz is the one you want. Or Valker. Good luck.
