I've seen Interstates that sell anywhere from $7999 to $14000.  The tourer looks like it would be easy to customize too. I'm figuring you could get a trunk if you wanted to add one on.

There are a number of trunks available. Some of the VERMIN, (local Valkyrie group), that have put trunks on their Standards, and Tourers.
We even have a guy with a Standard the he has put the hard bags, and Interstate trunk and he has had them covered in leather, and spikes.
