My headlight seems to pointing way to high - especially when using high-beam.  How does one adjust it?

He told me to check the two holes in front  - one for vertical one for horizonal...

Now you've got me wondering; is there some sort of adjustment for the headlights on the Interstate?  I will have to refer to my manual when I get home.
