I have a question, I replaced the brake pads this weekend and have noticed a slight "rubbing" sound when I roll the bike.  Is that normal?  I think I had it before too, but you how your brain works, you start to wonder if it was really there before you do the work.  Everything is working okay, used oem pads, did not replace fluid.  Bike has 18,000 miles, I am assuming the first pad change as I bought it last year with 10,000 miles.
Thanks, Loafer

I'm guessing your talking about the front brakes.
Before tightening the axle nut and fork pinch bolts, you need to make sure the clearance is equal between the fork legs and the wheel/rotor on each side.
You may need to use a block of wood to move the wheel one way or another.
Once the wheel is completely centered between the forks, tighten the axle nut and pinch bolts.
There should be no rubbing at all.

I would change the fluid, bleed the system, and make sure you take a short ride and see that the rotors are releasing fully.
There shouldn't be any noise or rubbing when you spin the wheel freely.
