DOES ANYONE HAVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS INSTALL? I PURCHASED A USED OEM RAIL . IT HAS A THREADED HOLE AT THE FRONT WITH A SHORT BOLT IN IT . I ASSUME THIS IS TO LEVEL THERAIL ON THE FENDER. IS IT SUPPOSED TO HAVE A RUBBER FOOT TO PROTECT FENDER OR IS THERE SUPPOSED TO BE A HOLE PLACED IN THE FENDER FOR THE BOLT? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. I AM MOUNTING ON A 98 TOURER.
you drill a hole in the front fender and install the bolt from the bottom side. There was no rubber foot in the original setup but I guess you could put one on. There's not much clearance between the tire and the botom of the fender to install the bolt.
