--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My sister a paramedic here in Greenbrier county got a 911 call out on Sat. afternoon for a motorcycle vs pickup mva. Turns out that a guy with 2 dui's had wrecked his s10 pickup on a back road and decided to drive it with the front wheel laying sideways on home to advoid the law. He had went about a mile or so when trying to make a corner onto a two lane he went into the oncoming lane and hit a young lady on a motorcycle headon.
She flipped off the bike a landed in the bed of his truck, Her father was on a bike behind her and ran to help her.  The driver reversed off her bike then drove away with her in then bed of the pickup. A another pickup driver that saw it all picked up the dad and gave pursuit, but was afraid to be very aggressive in the chase. They tried a few times to stop the drunk but was unable.  Finally about 4 miles later the law set up a roadblock and got him stopped.
Sis said that the girl was going to be ok with only a few stiches in her ankle. LUCKY !!!!
Anyway they are looking at multiple charges on the jerk that hit her.

dude, you got ahold of some awesome moonshine man....what in tar nation is going on down there?  Is that normal or what?

all kidding aside, he can and should  be processed for kidnapping as well as dui among other things as he knew she was in his truck and drove off with her.  if he had gotten home not being spotted he could have very well killed her to keep her mouth closed, scary stuff.  glad that other driver saw it all to and helped the father out and got the police involved, could have turned out alot worse.

To bad he didnt cross any state lines, that would have brought a whole bunch of heavy weight charges. I hope they do push the kidnapping.

Glad she is okay.
