I will have a Dyno test wednesday next week to see how moch the Dial-A-Jet gives me.
Do any of you have a dyno chart?

As many as possible for comparison.

What we need to know is:
*K&N Air filter?
*Aftermarket exhaust? Brand?
*Exhaust mod? Glasspack? Cut Piggies?
*Dyna 3000?
*Jet Kit?
*IS Springs?
*Airbox modifications?
*De-smog?
*Jet size?

Did I forget somthing?

Please post your Dyno Chart here (or email me [dve@online.no] if yo want to be anonymous)

I would imagine that Sludge would of dynoed that beautiful bike of his with all the work he's done to it.
I think he mentioned "a blower and racing pistons, etc." in his thread about finally getting to the drag strip.

I always thought the torque and horsepower graphs crossed at 5250RPM. Why would this one be different?

174 Newton Meters = 128,3 Foot Pounds

Yea mine has been on the dyno.  Needs to get on it again since I have made a few changes.  First dyno runs at 7 lbs of boost were 145hp, tuned for the midrange it went down slightly to 143hp and 138tq or there abouts, but it gained 13hp in the midrange.  That was just with the basic blower kit installed.  I have since made a few changes and went up to 8lbs of boost.  Havent taken it back to the dyno.  It should be in the low 150s on hp now.  I will definately be putting it back on the dyno within the next 6 to 8 months as I install a shot of nitrous on it.  I will post results when I get em.

Did the Dyno yesterday.

4 Hours ride to Alesund in heavy rain.

I would think the Dial-A-Jet gives me 8-10 HP
I`m not sure home much power the exhaust, dyna 3000 and the air filter gives?

The most important to me is not the HP, but torque. I can feel the torque, not the HP

The air/fuel ratio tells me I could go down one more size on the main jets.

Here is a comparison of Air / Fuel Ratio and Torque of a stock Valk and mine with DAJ during a simulated road test
As you can see, the 2000 Valk are running much too lean.
The most interesting observation here is the torque and throttle responce difference.

I concur with this - my DAJ'd I/S does a lot better both performance and MPG wise than it did before I added the unit. It's nice to see it in concrete numbers too. Smiley

Dag~  You say you could go down another size- are you going to?  And if so, what size would that put you at?
