Perfect 2001 standard Valkyrie - under 11K miles, always garaged, serviced by the Wingman. This bike has NEVER been ridden in the rain, or been to the beach. It is 100% complete and ready to ride.
Included options: Leatherlyke locking bags, over $2K in chrome, removable touring windshield, Kury road and driver pegs, Kury grips, driving/fog lights, Corbin seats & backrests, original Baker wings, tri-tips with piggies cut (legal noise level, with nice "performance 6" sound), rear rack with flag holder, tank bib, +6 degree trigger wheel, and more. There's thousands of $$ in options that are not easily available anymore.
NO trades, cash only. No test rides - you won't need one. This bike is much better than new & the photos do not do it justice. If you're not serious, don't call. Located just South of Portland, OR $8,150.00 -- 503 740 4465.

sorry to see you getting out of biking due to health reasons - hope it is not too serious.
My Dad, R.I.P., had to retire at only age 55 due to health reasons (3 serious spinal cord surgeries) after working more than 33 years in the same GM plant from the 50's to late 80's. The next 21 years of his life he didn't know what to do with himself and didn't travel, just pretty much gardened, watch TV, and drank beer in the local taverns. Best advice I can give you is find a hobby or job you enjoy doing to make the time go by more enjoyable.

It's my knees - and thankfully, I still have my Spyder to ride. To drop it completely would do me in... thanks for the kind words

Glad it is nothing 'too' serious. I know how bad knees would cause trouble holding up the Valk since I just had 1 month ago outpatient knee surgery. My left knee miniscus was torn badly and still not 90% and really don't know if it will ever be 100%. I can walk, ride bike, but still not run yet and it seems a little gimpy still at times.
By the way, your Valk has never seen the beach on your posting. What does that mean? Is it because of sand getting into places it shouldn't? I cannot imagine driving an 800lb. bike in the sand off-roading like a dirt bike.

I'm guessing that salt is the concern with being near a beach. Good luck with the sale, at least you won't be stuck in a cage.

Ahhh, I guess me being from the midwest I don't get to the huge ocean beaches ever that must have salt spray. Way to clarify Nitro, also from the midwest.
