2000 Valk Standard

I could use some advise right now, I am putting on some 412's and have the top bolt out and the bottom bolt out, do i just pry the old shocks off and put the new ones right on or if i pull the shocks off, looks like something might come down on me?Huh?Huh??? Some quick advise if there is anyone ther right now. Thanks.

Use a jack, will make the job much easier. You could probably do it one side at a time, but you'd want another person to pick up on the rear end to help line things up for you.

Do one shock at a time.  Old one holds it in place.  Replace one side, then the other.

Ok, got it figured out, both on, now for a test ride, got them set on the middle to start out with, plenty of clearance with my CT on.

   Rode it for about 30 miles, rides more like a Valkyrie now, fast and a lot more smoother!
