Problem with link to join/membership

I am trying to join the group, and everytime I am at the home page, and click on "Renew/Join..." I get a warning suggesting I not continue on the site due to a problem with the security certificate of the site.

Is there another way to join? I am a member of the board for posting, but want to join as a full member.

I do not believe there is a security problem.  It is between your browser settings and the site settings.  Some get that on the VRCC board too.  Just go ahead and register.  I have gotten that too.

Otherwise, TAZ will have to get back to you to do it.

I did try again and got the same warning.   I am not going to go that route. I don't have the security setting on my browser higher than medium, and don't get any warnings from other sites. 

Please contact me via PM and we can figure out an alternative way to do the registration.

I went and checked it out, I have to call service provider but it is safe, just put exception in if it ask like when I tried it and you will get thru, every year they have to re submit their update but it does not take away any security at all, just a yearly procedure on their part.
