Can anyone tell me how to adjust the headlight beam on a 99 valkyrie tourer.

Looking straight into the headlight, you will see two holes near the bottom ...say at about 5 o'clock and at 8 o'clock. 5:00 adjusts the vertical, 8:00 is horizontal. Phillips screwdriver. If you point the bike at a flat wall on a level surface-proper adjustment is from 25 feet away, straight ahead and 2 inches down from horizontal.shocked

I have found that my low beam is pretty much right on, but when I shift to the high beam it seems that light just disappears.  Almost like it lights up so much area that nothing is really lite properly.

If I adjust the high, then I loose what I have on the low.  Don't use that the high beam that much, but would like to know it's functional when I need it.

Any thoughts....huh

..ya might have the bulb in upside down. Rare, but it happens.:blush:

Can't imagine mother honda would put a bulb in upside down. Cheesy   But I'll check it out.
