I used a chrome, kind of round drawer pull I found at Menard's. Had to drill and grind out the back side to epoxy a key in. I don't have a pic of it.

I found that the chrome lug nut covers you can get at any truck stop works great. My stock key fits in so snugly that I haven't needed to glue it. When not in use, I've also heard you can stick it in the seat release keyhole and it just looks like part of the bike;) Fits in the pocket nicely also. It says 15/16" on the package. I got 4 for less than 5 bucks.
