2011 VOAI FAMILY REUNION MAGGIE VALLEY REGISTRATION OPENING

Greetings to all of you fellow Valkyrie Riders and those too that don't ride Valkyries but are going to be joining us for a most excellent time down the Valley......Maggie's that is!  I will have registration open by Friday, March 4th, 2011 so you can start signing up.  It will be located in the VOAI STORE so head over there, if you have not used before you will need to register there and put your info in. Please put anyone that your paying for in so I have the names of all attending.  As in the past Full paying Members get a slightly lower cost than visitors as that is a benefit of being a Full Club Member in good standing.  Please register EARLY so we can get a good head count for planing purposes, etc.  If you register and can not make it and give 10 days notice you will get a refund minus or small finance charge which is due to Paypals deductions. 

There will be updates posted both on the Main Forum here and the Ride-In Forum as well so check from time to time to see what's new.

I see alot of EXCITEMENT Brewing and new members joining so it should be as normal one heck of a time and our buddy from close by  aka "Crazy Andy" has some awesome rides planned throughout the week.  Our Ride-Ins consist of going to different areas each day and then kicking back by a fire at night enjoying some good chatter and whatever else.  We will have some events for those that want to participate on a couple of nights or during the day for an extra charge in some cases. As is the norm no one needs to go on any particular ride that the group goes on as this is your vacation and enjoy your way, we just give out ride suggestions and those who come along fine, those who want to do something else fine too.  But we do ride pretty much all day, stopping at various places that are scenic or just neat to check out so no one is really sticking around Ground Zero during the day.  Registration Check In both for those that have paid in advance and those paying at the door is either Early part of Morning or later in the afternoon mostly. Depending on who volunteers to register folks during the middle of the day determines if you will be able to register during that mid section of the day as folks want to ride and not be sitting in a room or outside when they came to ride and miss out on some beautiful riding, just not right.

We do this every year and works out nicely.  If you have a GPS bring it and any connectors for it for a pc so if you want some downloads from a Garmin GPS they should be available for you depending on the version you have...most of us have the most updated versions they have out as for the software so check yours at Garmin.com and make sure yours is updated as well.
