I have Harley Deuce risers on both of mine.  Like them a lot.  Need to move the cables to the bottom of the bars though.  I bought used take offs on ebay.  They also sell after market Deuce, but I paid about $40 for takeoffs.  Brand new looking.  They use 1/2" bolts.  The holes thru the triple tree is slightly smaller.  Very easy to ream out the aluminum with a drill.  Still works if you want to go back to OEM.

3" rise from top of triple tree to center line of handlebar, with 1/2" pull back.  You may want to consider Cycle House risers at http://www.directlineparts.com/byProduct.asp?prd=Handlebars%2FRisers&str=2.
